Kenneth Wesley "Skinner" Kimzey, 81, of New Virginia died of pneumonia Thursday, April 28, 1994, at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines. Services were held May 2 at New Virginia United Methodist Church, of which he was a member, with burial at New Virginia Cemetery.

Mr. Kimzey was born in the New Virginia area and was a retired farmer and bus driver for Interstate 35 Community School District.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Edna, in 1985.

Survivors include three sons, William and Max, both of New Virginia, and Robert of Trenton, Mo.; a daughter, Janice Caudle of Macksburg; son-in-law, James Benge of Indianola; a brother, Victor of California; 13 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

Kale Funeral Home in Osceola handled arrangements.
