Services for Sharon M. Six, 67, who passed away Wednesday, February 27, 2013 will be held 10 am Saturday, March 2 at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola with burial following in the Milo I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
Sharon is survived by her sons, Brian (Connie Voegeli) Six and Chad (Lisa Dynneson) Six; four grandchildren, Ty, Pipe and Joshua Six and Kleighton Voegeli.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to services on Saturday at the funeral home. Memorials may be given to Kiya Koda Humane Society in Indianola. Online condolences may be made at www.overtonfunerals.com .

ervices for Sharon M. Six, 67, who passed away Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2013 were held 10 a.m. Saturday, March 2, at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola, with burial following in the Milo I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
Sharon was born Dec. 9, 1945, in Des Moines to Irvan and Helen (Schroeder) Milligan. Sharon attended Southeast Warren schools and graduated from high school in 1964. She worked at Peoples Bank in Milo part time when Brian and Chad were young. Her full-time job was with Perferred Risk Insurance in West Des Moines. She took early retirement from Preferred Risk in January 1997. After that she began working at CDS Mail Processing and Data Entry in Des Moines. She left there in 2005 with early symptoms of demential/Alzheimer's. Sharon moved into the Legacy House in Indianola in 2009 and lived there for one year before moving to Westview Care Center in 2010.
Sharon enjoyed doing crafts, such as painting garden statures, handwork and needlework. She loved her pets very much. She rescued a dog from Kiya Koda Humane Society and named him rags. She thought the world of him. She enjoyed riding horses in her younger years. Sharon also enjoyed spending time with Josh and Kleighton in their younger years with trips to the zoo and sleepovers. Sharon attended many bowling league tournaments with Brian and Chad when they were young, then later with Josh and Kleighton. She loved fishing, camping and the outdoors.
Sharon passed away Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2013, in Indianola at the age of 67 years, two months and 18 days. She is survived by her sons, Brian(Connie Voegeli) Six and Chad (Lisa Dynneson) Six; and four grandchildren, Ty, Piper and Joshua Six, and Kleighton Voegeli.
