Obituary from The Des Moines Register newspaper, Des Moines, Polk County, Iowa, USA on 3-21-1995:

Ivyl R. Hutt, 66, of 141 S.E. Marion St. died of a heart attack Friday at home. Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Southtown Funeral Home. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

Mr. Hutt was born in St. Marys and moved to Des Moines in 1952. He retired as a Forman for Des Moines Water Works and was an Army veteran of the Korean War.

Among survivors are his wife, Norma; a son, Richard, two daughters, Kathy Hines and Jackie Keuck, and a stepdaughter, Pamela Perry. all of Des Moines; two stepsons, Jeff Timmerman of Des Moines and Mark Timmerman of White Bear Lake, Minn.; two brothers, Larry and Floy, both of Indianola; six grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
