Lloyd Monty Fee, 79, formerly of Melcher-Dallas passed away December 20, 2011 at home in Georgia. He was born November 20, 1932 in Ottumwa, Iowa and raised by Lloyd and Josephine (Pugh) Fee.
Lloyd was a pilot and loved the thrill of crop dusting. He also worked for Maytag and retired from Firestone as a pipefitter. He was married to Betty Smith on May 26, 1949 in Des Moines. They were blessed with two sons: Doug and Jerry.
Lloyd was a 50 year member of the Masonic Lodge, loved flying, country music, woodworking, and building things. He loved helping people, was very generous, and very unforgettable.
He was preceded in death by his wife Betty on November 29, 2011; and grandson, Douglas Tyler Fee in 2011; and parents: Lloyd and Josephine. Lloyd is survived by sons: Doug (Nancy) Fee of Runnells, Jerry (Pam) Fee of Melcher-Dallas, and Darrell (Luzive Romen) Bowers of Piedmont, MO; 10 grandchildren; and 23 great grandchildren.

Masonic Services for Lloyd, 79 will be Saturday, January 7, 2012 at 2 p.m. at the Pierschbacher Funeral Home in Melcher-Dallas. Visitation will follow the service until 4 p.m. at the funeral home in Melcher. In lieu of flowers memorials are requested to Melcher-Dallas Rescue Unit.
