Obituary from an unknown newspaper on 4-26-1995, photographed from an Obituary Book at the City Library in Indianola, Warren County, Iowa, USA:

William Calvin Edgington, 80, of Payette, Idaho, died of cancer Sunday at Castleloma Nursing Home there. Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola, with burial at Liberty Center Cemetery.

Mr. Edgington was born in Newburn. He moved to Idaho a year ago after eight years in Washington state, and he previously lived in Indianola and Warren County most of his life. A retired petroleum transport driver, he was a Navy veteran of World War II.

Surviving are two daughters, Linda Watson of New Plymouth, Idaho, and Sherry Mezzie of Portland, Ore.; three brothers, Charles of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Virgil and Warren, both of Indianola; four sisters, Marianne Holton of Des Moines and Helen Reese, Wilma Hagen and Betty Eckert, all of Indianola; six grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

Friends may call after 10 a.m. today at the funeral home.
