William Rodrick Conn, 79, of Milo died of a heart ailment Friday at home. Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Mosher Funeral Home in Milo. Burial will be at Indianola IOOF Cemetery.

Mr. Conn was born in Beech and was a retired farmer. He also worked for South Central Co-op and was a member of Milo United Methodist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth; a daughter, Sharon Young of Milo; a brother, Richard Conn of San Antonio, Texas; a sister, Helen Russell of Pleasant Hill; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Friends may call after 1 p.m. today at the funeral home, where the family will be present from 6 to 8 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to his church or Milo Rescue Unit.
