Obituary from an unknown newspaper on 9-19-1974, photographed from an Obituary Book at the City Library in Indianola, Warren County, Iowa, USA:

Ada Louise McDole Cue was born May 30, 1900, to Andrew Jackson McDole and Louise Clapper McDole in Warren County. At the age of 13 her mother passed away and her father later married Carrie Hester Farmer.

On Feb. 20, 1923, Ada married Arthur Dean Cue and to this union were born three daughters, Helen Louise, Catherine Marie and Phyllis Deane. Jeffery Raymond, a grandson, was also raised in their home.

She lived in Warren County all her life. She was a member of Brown's Chapel. Her home was always open to relatives and friends who often lived with she and Dean for extended periods of time.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Dean, and two brothers, Howard and Clarence. She is survived by her three daughters, Helen and her husband, George Hraha; Catherine and her husband, Philip Elgin; Phyllis and her husband, George Snodgrass; her grandson, Jeffery and his wife, Linda Raymond; eight other grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren as well as other relatives and a host of friends.

Funeral services were conducted by John W. Long, July 22 at the Overton Funeral Home. Interment was in the Indianola IOOF Cemetery.

The family suggests that memorials be made to the Brown's Chapel building fund.
