Hazel Hannah Ball, 81, of Sandyville, Iowa died of cancer Sunday, Feb. 18, 1996 in St. Charles. Visitation with family will be from 7 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 20, at Peterson Funeral Home in Indianola, where services will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 21. Burial will be at Indianola IOOF Cemetery.

Mrs. Ball was born in Liberty Center and lived in Sandyville most of her life. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include four daughters, Francis Whistler of Indianola, Myran Young of St. Marys, Mae Johnson of Churchville and Jane Larson of Hawaii; three sons, Carroll and Clyde both of Sandyville, and Charles of Van Wert; two brothers, Raymond Alexander of Indianola and Orlo Alexander of Melcher-Dallas; 19 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

Friends may call after 4 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, where the family will be present from 7 to 8 p.m.
