Obituary from The Des Moines Register newspaper, Des Moines, Polk County, Iowa, USA on 6-16-2011:

Claudia Sweet (Berryhill), 63, died Monday, June 6, 2011 at her home. Family will receive friends on Saturday, June 18, 2011 at the Pierschbacher Funeral Home in Milo from 12 to 2 p.m. with a service at 2 p.m. Burial will be at a later date.

Surviving are Claudia's two children: Kim (Scott) Phillips of Milo and Tim (Shantelle) Berryhill of Indianola; grandchildren: Hunter and Kennedy Berryhill; sister Judith Phillips of Des Moines; and brother Richard "Dick" Sweet of Polk City.
