Services for Wilma Halterman, 102, who passed away Wednesday, August 22, 2012 at the Taylor House Hospice in Des Moines, will be held 10:30 a.m. Monday, August 27 at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola with burial following in the Palmyra Cemetery, Palmyra, IA.

Wilma is survived by her children, Maude (Martin) Bishop and Lee (Shirley) Halterman; brothers, William and Dean Lettington; nine grandchildren; five step grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren, step great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren. Preceding her in death was her husband, Virgil Halterman; son, Gordon Halterman; parents; three sisters; and three brothers.

Visitation will be held 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, August 26 at Overton Funeral Home with family present to greet friends. Memorials may be given to Taylor House Hospice. Online condolences may be made at www.overtonfunerals.com .
