Ralph Loomis, son of Wilson and Mary Loomis, was born at Prairie Grove, Iowa, on Jan. 15, 1883 and died at the Des Moines General Hospital July 25, 1963 at the age of 80 years, 6 months, and 10 days.

He was united in marriage to Elsie Bierma on Dec. 11, 1907. To this union four children were born. One child, Floyd, preceeded him in death at the age of five years.

He is survived by his widow, Elsie, and three sons: Dowe and Loren of New Virginia and Wendell of Big Horn, WY, three daughters-in-law and ten grandchildren.

He was preceeded in death by his son, Floyd, parents, three brothers and one sister. He is survived by one brother, Winfield, of Big Horn, WY, and two sisters, Mrs. Iva Little of Murray and Mrs. Nellie
Lovell of Glendo, WY.
