MOORE, SAMUEL H., farmer, East Washington Township, Sec. 17; P. O. Indianola; was born in the State of Ohio, in the year 1828, and was raised there, and made it his home till he came to this State, he first settled in Madison county, in 1858, and came from there to this county in the spring of 1862; he was married in Ohio, to Miss Sarah A. Lantz, of that State, in 1852; he owns an improved farm of sixty-five acres.
