McNAUGHT, ADOLPHUS M., farmer, White Oak Township, Sec. 26; P. O. Sharon; born in Stark county, Illinois, Sept. 12, 1847; at the age of seventeen his parents removed to Wisconsin, and lived there one year, then to Wheaton, Iowa, removing to this county in 1865; he removed to Missouri in 1868, and remained there four years, returning to this county in 1872; owns eighty acres of land; he married Emily F. Mercer April 19, 1866; have five children: Roxie J., Theron E., Lily W., Mira E. and Cora F.
