CHANDLER, ISAIAH, farmer, Greenfield Township, Sec. 29; P. O. Spring Hill; born in the State of Connecticut, August 2, 1816; when quite young his parents moved to Ohio, where he lived till the spring of 1854, when he came to this county; he was married in Ohio, to Miss Sallie Cherry, in 1835, a native of that State; they have five children living: Silva, Charles, Mary, Elizabeth and Maria, and seven deceased; he owns an improved farm of eighty-five acres.
