CASSADY, JOHN, farmer, Linn Township, Sec. 38; P. O. Lothrop; born in Ireland, in the year 1846, and came to the United States with his parents in 1849, and lived first in Perry county, Ohio, and came from there to this county in Nov. 1854, and since that time has made it his home; he was married in this county to Miss Ina Spain, Jan. 7, 1877, a native of New York; they have one daughter: Katie, born Nov. 11, 1878; he owns an improved farm of eighty acres.
