ALBERT JAMES BAXENDALE
Albert James Baxendale, son of John and Mary Ann (Roper) Baxendale, was born at Summerset Aug. 29, 1901. His parents were born in England.
June 30, 1932, Mr. Baxendale married Pauline Lillian Eberman, daughter of Wilbur Fletcher and Lillian Caselle (Woodmansee) Eberman. Mrs. Baxendale graduated from the Indianola high school in 1924 and attended Simpson college 1924-1926. The Baxendales have two daughters: Virginia Pauline, born March 28, 1933, and Elizabeth Sue, born Nov. 28, 1945.
The Baxendales live on a farm directly northeast of Indianola. They are interested in church, school and community affairs. Their religious affiliation is with the First Methodist Church of Indianola. Mrs. Baxendale takes an active part in the Woman's Society for Christian service and the Parent-Teacher association.
