EDUCATION - J. Hugh Jackson (January 20, 1891 – January 21, 1962)
Jacob Hugh Jackson, professor of accounting and head of the graduate school of business at Leland, Stanford University; former professor of accounting at Harvard University; an executive in the firm of Price, Waterhouse and Company; recognized as leader in the fields of business and education; author of “Auditing Problems” and “Audit Working Papers,” which are universally accepted as outstanding treatments of accounting problems; member of the class of 1912.
