Probate records for 1846 - Dec 1924 now are on microfilm at Wapello County Genealogy Society that is open Tuesday-Saturday noon to 3:30 for individuals to make their own copies. Copies are 25 cents for a 8x8 photocopy. Probates from 1925 to present are still at the courthouse. WCGS will copy probates or I'll copy probates for a nominal fee.
