Appanoose Co - Winkelman

Need information on Barbara Riegel Winkelman/Winkleman. Born 1807 in Northumberland, PA. Was married to Jacob Winkelman who died in PA in 1859. Barbara moved with her son John & his wife Elizabeth to Hancock Co. IL and lived there abt. 10 yrs. It was believed that she came to Appanoose Co, IA with her son John abt. 1879. She died Feb. 1887. Her son John is buried in the Arnold/Robinson Cemetery. I can find no record of her in Appanoose Co, IA.
Her obituary was in the Sunbury Gazette (PA) and it said she died in Appanoose Co, IA. However, there is an Appanoose Twp. In Hancock Co, IL. I wonder if the two were mixed up.
It may be possible she died in IL but I want to rule Iowa out first.
Can anyone help?
