Yesterday when I was looking through my Nye record; I was wondering what happened to the son in law that killed Benjamin. Found him buried in Antioch Cemetery in California; not too far from where I lived a few years ago. Have been to this cemetery many times and was really surprised.It looks like he was not in jail at all. Mr McCoys wife got a divorce from him and remarried. Findagrave.com for more info
