My Great Grandfathers sister was named Margeret A Robinson B: abt 1866 and possibly in Wapello county,not sure there.Her father is William Robinson and her mom is Mary A (I think BRIDGET) both born abt 1830 William in Ohio and Mary in Indiana.She had 7 brothers William C 1854 Ohio,John C 1853 Ohio,George L 1858 Iowa,Daniel M 13 Feb 1859 Monroe Iowa ( my great grandfather),Charles H 1861 Iowa,Andrew J 1863 Iowa,and 1 sister Nancy J 1870 Iowa.1860 census they were in Pleasant,Monroe,Iowa and in 1870 they were in Wapello Columbia Iowa.I have yet to find anything else on them,but our surname changes constantly from decade to decade and person to person.My great grand dad has census under the names ROBERSON,ROLESSON,and Robison.I am hoping this is a help.
