Need Help Finding Family

I have been looking for my Great Grandmother and her three children in the 1900 and 1910 Census Records. I finally found Margaret and Ella, my Grandmother and her sister, as well as their Mother Sarah Jane (STOCKER) Reed-Poncy, in the 1910 Census, but I still cannot find their Brother Burley Reed. Margaret and Ella were living with Sarah Jane's Sister, Margaret E. Peck and her husband Walter. Sarah Jane was living with her 4th husband John Poncy, but they were alone. Where is Burley Reed? He married Alice Carson in Waterloo, Iowa in 1918. I have checked Waterloo and found nothing and I am sure he was living in Wapello County.
Any help would be really appreciated. Burley was born in Wapello County November 24, 1891. In 1900 he would have been 9 years old, in 1910 he would have been 19. Many thanks in advance.
