Born Monterey County California date of birth March 12 1958, Father married other woman there for I didn't have knowledge of grand parents. I became a ward of the courts of California. Although I did have knowledge of his brother Ben Lukens, John Lukens, Kenneth Lukens, I do not know if they had any sisters. Fathers name on my birth certificate William Earnest Lukens is the most info. Doing searches on the internet I have found that there is property owned in Oroville Ca., Not sure of phone number. By other wife there was born to him Billy Lukens, Brenda Lukens not knowledge of her married name or her where about.
