RICHARD CLEMENTS DIES AT RED OAK Father of WF Clements of Agency. Richard Clements, 87, died Monday evening at 7'oclock at the home of his daughter, Mrs. George Fair of Red Oak. Mr. Clements had been ill for some time. For many years a resident of Agency, where he was an esteemed and highly respected citizen. During the war served as a member of 123rd Indiana Inf. The remains arrived in Agency today. Funeral services will probably be held tomorrow, but the hour has not been decided upon.
