Anna Wall TombStone picture

I have a person who sent me a picture of Anna Wall whose stone was located at what used to be known as the Insane Asylym; now known as the Wapello County Iowa Care Facility at Highland place. He told me the last time he saw this stone it was thrown in a ditch. There is no birth date or death date on the stone but it would have been after 1930 as she is listed as a patient at the home in 1930. Stone just reads as:
MOTHER
ANNA WALL
AT PEACE
