WILLIAM E. IRVIN
Bloomfield. William E Irvin, 92, Davis and Wapello county farmer died Monday at 1:45 at Ideal Nursing Home. He was the son of Henry and Minerva McCarroll Irvin and was born in Mc Lean county Ill. January 29, 1869. Survivors are a son Alvin Irvin of Ottumwa and daughter Mrs. Fern York of Bloomfield; eight grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren. His wife Julia May preceded him. Services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Curl Funeral home. Rev. John Damon of the Nazarene church will officate. Burial will be at IOOF cemetery
