OBITUARY for Margaret Howells (nee Parker)

If possible, I would like to obtain a copy of an obituary for MARGARET HOWELLS (nee Parker) - death occurred in 1923, Ottumwa. She was the wife of Orville & mother to Edgar & William.

Guy Parker was her father; Mable Hooyer/Paker/Sullivan was possibly her mother. I am searching all available avenues to determine, if indeed, Margaret was Mable's child.

As I mentioned in another post, I live in the Pacific Northwest & I am unable to peruse County records onsite. So thank you to "whomever" can assist me in my query!
