POSSIBLE SURNAMES HOLT

I am trying to determine the location of a saloon
called "The Senate". The proprietors were "Chris
& Harry". ( a photo shows a billboard at the entrance promoting a play at the "Dewey theater"). photo was taken sometime between 1896 and 1904. my best guess is that this business was in the Ottumwa, Iowa area.
Any information would be greatly appreciated
