I would like to hire someone to look up several obituaries for me. These are former residents of Ottumwa, Iowa, who died in Kansas. I am hoping the hometown newspaper might have made mention of these deaths.

Edward A. Simmons, died 21 January 1883. He was a member of the Greybeard Regiment of Iowa and enlisted out of Ottumwa.

Rebecca Simmons, wife of Edward, died 1 September 1878.

Joshua C. Simmons, his son, died 27 July 1878. Also a Civil War Veteran.

I do lookups myself and understand the work involved so paying fees will be no issue for me. I appreciate any help you can give me. I'm trying to prove where Edward Simmons is buried so that we can arrange a government marker for his grave.
