Lila F. Dennison
Mrs. Lila F. Dennison, 69, of St. Francisville, Missouri, died at 2:55 p.m. Saturday, May 16, 1981, at Keokuk Area Hospital.
She was born June 7, 1912, in Cowley County, Kansas, a daughter of Elmer and Addie Roberts Wright.
She married Frank Dennison April 24, 1943. He survives.
She was a member of the Crawford Christian Church, lived in Illinois for many years and spent the last few years in retirement near St. Francisville.
She is survived by a son, Francis Kincheloe of Colona, Illinois; two daughters, Mrs. Betty Shully of Edina, Minnesota, and Mrs. Dorothy Bulley of Marietta, Illinois; one step-son, Jim Dennison, Ottumwa, Iowa; one step-daughter, Mrs. Roseann LeMaster, of St. Francisville; three brothers, Floyd and Wayne Wright of Memphis, and Andy of Baring; four sisters, Mrs. Zerita Meeks of Memphis, Opal Emel of Baring, Aldra Shultz of Baring and Muriel Blaine of Trenton; 14 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one grandson.
Services were held at 2:30 p.m. Monday, May 18, 1981, at the Shaffer and Sons Funeral Home of Kahoka, the Rev. William Harper conducting. Burial was in the Sand Cemetery in St. Francisville.
