M. Bledsoe dies at 69

Maxine Marie Bledsoe, 69, 1133 South Street, Ottumwa, died at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at University Hospital in Iowa City.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Raymond Funeral Home with the Rev. John Wilken officiating.

Maxine Marie Bledsoe was born Jan. 17, 1909, at Naples, Ill., the daughter of Lester and Julia Irene Laughlay Seawalt.

She was married to Wilford Danielson and later was married to Gwynn Bledsoe who preceded her in death.

She had lived in Ottumwa the past two years as owner and operator of a mobile home court.

Survivors include a daughter, Gladys Story, San Francisco, Calif.; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; and a sister, Irene Sheets, Ottumwa.

Mrs. Bledsoe was preceded in death by her parents and a brother.
