Mrs. Ella Phillips Ingram, a former Ottumwan, died today at the Walker hospital in Akley, Minnesota according to work received by her cousin, Mrs. D.D. Blake of North Court road. Mrs. Ingram was the daughter of Rowland Phillips an Ottumwan who moved to Minnesota last Monday. She is also survived by her husband, Russell Ingram and three children. No funeral arrangements have by announced.
