Native Of County Dies At Age Of 94
Edward Gordon Milliman, 94, died at 9 p.m. Monday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Orval Shewry, of 518 Clarence street. He had been a resident of Wapello county his entire life. He is survived by five daughters, Mrs. Emma Rath of West Burlington, Mrs. Cora Lewis of New York City, Mrs. Daisy Brewer of Los Angeles, Mrs. Gretchen Marshall of Jacksonville, Florida and Mrs. Shewry and one son, Edward Milliman of Mt. Pleasant.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. at the Carroll Reece funeral home in charge of Mrs. Maggie Hazeltin. Burial will be made at Mt. Pleasant.
