Clarence O. Smith, infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Tim O. Smith, route 5, died at the Loerke hospital at 2:45 p.m. Tuesday. He is survived by his parents two half brothers, William Willis Stroud and Bobby Joe Stroud and by his grandmother, Mrs. Nancy Jones, Ottumwa. Short services will be held at Johnson’s funeral chapel at 2 p.m. Thursday conducted by the Rev. A.D. McClure. Burial in Shaul cemetery.
