Mrs. Levia Seaburg DeLong, 81, of Stratton, Nebraska, formerly of Wapello county, died at 12:45 p.m. Saturday in the Stewart hospital at Stratton. She was born in Oskaloosa February 14, 1863, the daughter of Levi and Nancy Boswell. She was married October 6, 1886, to Frank W. Seaburg, who died May 28, 1913. In 1924 she was married to Mark DeLong of Wright. He died in 1935. Survivors are eight children, George Seaburg, Ottumwa route 2; Elmo Seaburg, Tulare, California; Harold and Ford of North Platte, Nebraska; Mrs. Ann Cates of Stratton; Mrs. Thelma Krause of Oakland, California, Lacey Seaburg, South Gate, California, and Mrs. Jessie Ison, Upland, California. Other survivors are 14 grandchildren, three great grandchildren and a brother in law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Charles A. Johnson of Ottumwa. The funeral will be in the Carl E. Johnson funeral chapel at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, the Rev. Malvin H. Lundeen of the First Lutheran church in charge. Burial will be in Ottumwa cemetery. The body arrived from Stratton today and will remain at the chapel.
