James Edward Hollingsworth, 59, died at 4:30 a.m. today. He was born January 10, 1885, south of Ottumwa, the son of James P. and Laura A. Hollingsworth. Survivors are two sisters and two brothers Mrs. Pearl Ackerman and Mrs. Mae Inman, Fred and Lloyd Hollingsworth, all of Ottumwa. Private funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Johnson’s chapel, the Rev. C.R. Reed of Willard Street Methodist church in charge. Burial in Shaul cemetery.
