Jo Anne Head, 4-year-old daughter of Metalsmith First Class and Mrs. Eugene G. Head of 517 East Williams street, died at 9:30 a.m. today after and illness of several weeks. Mr. Head is stationed at Sun Valley, Idaho. She is survived by her parents and two sisters, Jean Marie and Janice Kay, both at home. She is also survived by her grandparents. Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Guest, and Mr. and Mrs. J.L. Jones, all of Ottumwa. She was a member of the Jewl Sunday school class at the Davis Street Christian church, and of the Juvenile Degree of Honor. The body is at the Johnson funeral chapel awaiting completion of funeral arrangements.
