Marjorie E. Wilburn, 17, of Eldon route 1, died at 11:20 a.m. today at Ottumwa hospital where she was a medical patient. The daughter of W.J. and Flora Wilburn, she was born near Eldon September 29, 1926, and was graduated from Eldon high school in 1943. Besides her parents, she is survived by seven brothers, Harry W. Wilburn, Waterloo, Private Oscar R. Wilburn, Camp Ord, California, First Sergeant Robert D. Williams, stationed at a bomber base in England, Rollie W. Wilburn, at home, Sergeant Charles O. Wilburn, in New Guinea, Private John E. Wilburn in Australia, and Private First Class Ralph A. Wilburn in Hawaii. She was preceded in death by two sisters and her grandparents. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Johnson funeral chapel. Burial will be in Eldon cemetery.
