Mrs. Hattie Hildebrand 1019 East Hackberry street died at 1:10 p.m. Friday at the Ottumwa hospital. She was born March 13, 1874, in Warren county, the daughter of John and Nannie Moon. Surviving are three daughters Mrs. Lila Miller and Mrs. Helen Mitchell, both of Ottumwa, and Mrs. Thelma Kelley of Cedar Rapids, and by five grandchildren. Other survivors are two sisters, Mrs. Maude Lardner, Fairbury, Nebraska, and Mrs. Laura Jeys, Indianola, and three brothers, Otis and Wilbur Moon, both of Des Moines and Orlin Moon, Indianola. Mrs. Hildebrand was a member of the West End Presbyterian church and of the Women’s Benefit association. Funeral services will be held Monday at 3 p.m. at the Lester Jay funeral home in charge of the Rev. E.R. Mitchell of Columbia Junction, and the Rev. Lloyd C. Snyder, pastor of the West End Presbyterian church. Burial will be in Memorial Lawn cemetery.
