Mrs. Lettie Collier, 54, died at 4 p.m. Wednesday at her home, Ottumwa route 4. She was born May 17, 1889, the daughter of John and Della Wallace, and had been a resident of this community for the past five years. She is survived by her husband, Ad Collier, and by the following children; John Stockdall, Springfield, Oregon; Leland Stockdall, Searsboro; Mrs. Art Hare, Oskaloosa; Mrs. Wayne Shilling, Mrs. James Shilling, John Collier, Beverly Collier, Barbara Collier and Mrs. Ralph Martin, all of Ottumwa. She is also survived by her mother, Mrs. J.E. Wallace of Pittsburg, Iowa and 19 grandchildren and the following brothers and sisters; Charlie Wallace, Pittsburg, Paul Wallace, Eldon; Leo Walton, in the Army; Mrs. Tom Vinyard, Keosauqua; John Wallace and Mrs. Ad Martin, both of Revere, Missouri. The body is at the Johnson funeral chapel.
Funeral services for Mrs. Lettie Collier, wife of Ad Collier, who died Wednesday at her home of Ottumwa route 4, will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at the Johnson funeral chapel, conducted by the Rev. E.L. Simbro. Burial will be in Shaul cemetery.
