Mrs. Elizabeth Wilkins, 79, died at 5:30 a.m. today at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Walter of 418 Foster avenue, where she had made her home for the past five years. She was born November 26, 1864 in Ottumwa and had lived here her entire life. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Wilkins and one son, Charles Wilkins. One son, Joseph B. Wilkins of Ottumwa, survives her. Funeral services will be held Thursday, at 8:30 a.m. from the Vaughan funeral chapel and at 9 o’clock from the Sacred Heart Catholic church where the Rev. J. H. Courtney will be the celebrant of a requiem high mass. Burial will be in Calvary cemetery. Members of Sacred Heart parish will meet at 8 o’clock this evening at the Vaughan funeral chapel to recite the rosary.
