Mrs. Pearlie Rolison, 63, of 202 Vanness avenue died at 7:15 a.m. today at the Ottumwa hospital. She was born November 17, 1879, in Jefferson county, the daughter of Joseph L. and Clarinda F. Black. She had been a resident of Ottumwa, for the past 57 years and was a member of the Church of Christ. She is survived by her husband Vinson Rolison and by the following children; Mrs. Vileta Murphy, Chicago; Mrs. Ervil LaRew, Cortie J. Rolison, Carrol Rolison and Merritt Rolison Jr. all of Ottumwa. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren one brother and four sisters, Burley Black, Mrs. Zella Mullen, Mrs. Ella Mountain, Mrs. Clytie Ingles and Mrs. Hazel Nelson, all of Ottumwa. She was preceded in death by one daughter and by one grandson. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Friday from the Church of Christ, corner of Finley avenue and Adelia street. Burley Black will be in charge of the services and burial will be in Shaul cemetery. The casket will remain at the Johnson funeral chapel until Friday at noon.
Funeral services for Mrs. Pearlie Rolison, 202 Vanness avenue, who died Wednesday, will be at 3 p.m. Friday at the Church of Christ with Burley Black in charge. Burial will be in Shaul cemetery. Survivors include a son, Carlton H. Rolison of Ottumwa.
