Mrs. Lora Brokaw, 78, of 1905 North Court street, died at 7:45 p.m. Tuesday at the Ottumwa hospital. She was born April 4, 1865 at Agency, the daughter of Christopher and Caroline Hardsocg. She was married in 1892 to Theodore Brokaw who preceded her in death in 1932. She is survived by two sisters, Miss Mary Hardsocg and Mrs. Alice Freeberg, both of Ottumwa. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday from the Lester Jay funeral home in charge of the Rev. D.T. Williams. Burial will be in the Agency cemetery.
