Mrs. Dorothy Phillipson, 34, wife of Joseph Phillipson Jr. died at 8:30 a.m. today at their home 509 Meadow street. She was the daughter of William and Mary Boyce and was born May 27, 1908, in Ottumwa, where she spent her entire life. She was a member of the Security Benefit association of Topeka, Kansas. She is survived by her husband and the following children; Harold Penniston, Denver; George Morris, Mary Louise Phillipson and Margorie Joe Ann Phillipson, all at home. She is also survived by her father, William V. Boyce; three sisters Mrs. Grace Wing and Mrs. Ethel Parcel, all of Ottumwa and Mrs. Edith Powell of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and one-half brother, Fred Boyce of Malvern, Iowa. The body is at the Johnson funeral home awaiting completion of funeral arrangements.
Funeral services for Mrs. Joseph Phillipson Jr. of 509 Meadows street, who died Thursday morning, will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday at the Johnson funeral chapel, conducted by the Rev. A.D. McClure. Burial will be in Shaul cemetery.
