Word has been received here Monday of the death in Tacoma, Washington of William Moll, 79, former Ottumwa and Eddyville resident. He died at 6 a.m. Monday. He was born in April, 1863, in Eddyville, and had lived the last 40 years in Tacoma. He is survived by a sister Mrs. Gary Kosman of Albia, a brother John Moll of Ottumwa. The body will arrive here Thursday at 3:30 p.m. and will be taken to the Traul funeral chapel.
Funeral services for William Moll, 79, who died Monday at Tacoma, Washington, will be held Saturday at 8:30 a.m. at the Traul funeral chapel and at 9 a.m. in St. Mary's Catholic church, the Rt. Rev. Msgr. J.M. Walsh celebrating the requiem mass. Burial will be in the Eddyville cemetery. Pallbearers will be Marcus, Moll, Riley Moll, John Moll, Dan Moll, Elmo Bailey and Alfred McFadden. The body will arrive Friday at ?? p.m. and will be taken to the Traul chapel where members of St. Mary's parish will meet at 8 p.m. Friday to recite the rosary.
