Mrs. Margaret Lewis Epperly, 55, died at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday at the home of her brother, Robert E. Lewis of 138 Fairview avenue,. She was born October, 23, 1887 at Kirkville, the daughter of Evan H. and Margaret Lewis. She is survived by her parents, who now live in Ottumwa; one sister, Mrs. Genevieve Alexander of Des Moines, and the following four brothers; Tom Lewis, Fort Worth, Texas; John Lewis, Tulsa, Oklahoma; Robert and George Lewis, both of Ottumwa. She was a member of the Reorganized Church of Latter Day Saints, Social Order, of Beauccant, Order of the Eastern Star and the Ladies' auxiliary of the United Commercial Travelers.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday from the Lester Jay funeral home, and burial will be in the Kirkville cemetery.
Funeral services for Mrs. Margaret Epperly who died Wednesday afternoon, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday from the Lester Jay funeral home. The services will be in charge of the Apostle D.T. Williams of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Burial will be in Kirkville cemetery.
