Mrs. Clara Carr, 82, a native of Monroe county, died Tuesday, December 19 at Mt. Pleasant. She was born December 11, 1860. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. W.C. Thomas of Chariton, Mrs. Mary Linhart of Cleveland, and Mrs. Frank McLain of Nevada, Iowa. The body was brought to the Traul chapel in Ottumwa to await funeral arrangements.
