Jerry Leroy Kelly, one-month-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Leroy Kelly, died at 6:30 a.m. today the home, 1010 Orchard street. He is survived by the parents, one sister, Sandra Lee and by a twin brother, Gary Leon, and by his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Kelly and Mr. and Mrs. Elvy Rupe, of Ottumwa. He is also survived by the following great grandparents, William J. Kelly, Ottumwa; Mrs. Maude Harris, Osceola; Theran Rupe, Bloomfield, and Gerla Weltch, Los Angeles.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in charge of the Rev. Charles Alvin. Burial will be in Shaul cemetery.
