Sarah Frances Dunn, 71, wife of Bert Dunn and a resident of Highland Center, died at 4:10 a.m. today at the St. Joseph hospital. She was born October, 12, 1865, in Bladensburg, the daughter of Bentley and Margaret Humble. She was married to Bert Dunn in March of 1901 at Bladensburg. Mrs. Dunn made her home in Wapello county all her life. She is survived by her husband and two stepdaughters, Mrs. Jessie Carter of Ottumwa and Mrs. Grace Redman of Waterloo; two sisters, Mrs. Christina Carter of Ottumwa and Mrs. Cora Boyd of Highland Center, and one brother, Shelby Humble of Ottumwa. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Carroll Reece funeral home, conducted by Orval Smith. Burial will be in the Bladensburg cemetery.
