Mrs. A.A. Wright Dies On Sunday
Mrs. Arthur A. Wright, 74, died at 11:34 p.m. Sunday at her home 618 West Fourth street. She had lived in Ottumwa her entire life and was born October 20, 1868 the youngest daughter of James R. and Elizabeth Ball Pickler. She is survived by her husband and one sister, Mrs. Rosella Joslin of Ottumwa, a son, Edward P. Wright and three brothers preceded her in death. She was a past matron of Ottumwa chapter 112, Order of Eastern Star and the ladies auxiliary of the Burlington Veteran's association. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday from the Lester Jay funeral home in charge of the Rev. Harold Roberts. Burial will be in Ottumwa cemetery. The pallbearers will be John Niman, J.J. Pelmulder, H.C. Morris, C.R. White, Louis Stark and W.P. Gilbert.
